Our client is a large medical corporation seeking a Corporate Compensation Professional.

Summary:
Responsible for providing comprehensive compensation and employee recognition internal consultative services to the Commercial Functional Area of the U.S. Business. The role would cross multiple U.S. Business Activities. Services provided would include but not be limited to the following: Market Pricing, Total Rewards, Base Salary, all forms of Short-Term Variable Compensation, all forms Long-Term Variable Compensation, Retention, Employee Recognition, etc.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Serves as compensation and recognition leader for Functional Area.
Partners with HRBP/Business HR and line-management on all topics related to employee compensation and recognition
Ensures the provision of in-depth compensation analysis on complex market pricing and compensation-related initiatives For Commercial Functional area
Sales Incentive plan experience in the Life Sciences industry highly preferred.
Designs new and creative compensation programs to meet needs of business.
Determines the use of existing compensation programs/solutions as appropriate
Oversees implementation of Total Rewards strategy across Functional Area
Oversees Employee Recognition initiatives within Functional Area.
Establishes environment of recognition across Functional Area
Ensures in-depth understanding of reward and recognition programs, philosophies and strategies is transferred to Functional Area HRBP community
Oversees the effective and accurate implementation of all compensation and employee recognition programs across Functional Area
Ensures compensation solutions are fiscally responsible and supported by approved budget resources Responsible for managing the performance of Compensation Professional(s) within Functional Area Demonstrates highest professional ethics and professionalism in role Performs related duties as requested
Qualifications Basic
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree from an accredited four-year college or university
- 7-years' compensation experience Preferred
Qualifications:
- Post-bachelors degree from an accredited college or university (e.g., Masters, MBA) - Area of specialization: Human Resources, Management, Finance, Economics, Insurance or a related field Desired
- Expert technical skills in the following aspects of compensation required; market pricing, total rewards, base salary administration, salary data analysis, interpretation and recommendations, short-term incentives, long-term incentives.
-Expert ability to access data from existing compensation module of HRIS system.
- Sales compensation and employee recognition experience preferred.
-CCP Certification Preferred.
-Strong work ethic; strong analytical skills; strong interpersonal skills, strong communication skills; strong persuasive skills; team player; willingness and ability to transfer knowledge to others; ability to lead and develop others.
-Ability to demonstrate required commitment to role.
-Ability to work in high stress environment.
-Adaptability and flexibility required.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
