Looking for a great opportunity? We seek candidates with a CPA or MBA and previous experience managing a travel department with the biotech/pharmaceutical industry for the role of SR Manager, Travel & Expense. In this role you will supervise and develop the strategy for the North American T&E operations involving the processing, auditing, reconciling, and validating of all employee expense reports as well as Corporate Card Administration. You will be responsible for the daily supervision and productivity of T&E staff, including professional development and effective utilization of resources. You will implement appropriate procedural controls for the effective operation of the department and to aid in the protection of company assets by preventing and detecting expense report fraud. You will manage overall decisions on changes and improvements effecting the operations.
Candidates must have a Bachelors degree from an accredited four-year college or university and seven (7)or more years of finance and accounting experience. Strong preference given to candidates with pharmaceutical industry experience and extensive knowledge on how to operate controls to safeguard company assets. Must have extensive experience managing a travel department. Must be able to provide top notch customer service and insure resolutions of all complaints and discrepancies that minimize losses for the company.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
