The Big Picture - Top Skills You Should Possess:
- Analytics or equivalent demographic metrics
- Data modelling
- SAP and Workday (preferred)
What You'll Be Doing:
- Manager is the primary point of support for workforce analytics and projects within the Work Force Analytics, Operations and Strategic Project
- Responsible for developing the HR reporting and analytics that aligns the company Business Objects. Consults to determine workforce planning needs, analytic needs and proposes options.
What You Need to Bring to the Table:
- Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Finance, or Advanced Mathematics or related field
- Five to eight (5 to 8) years in Human resources with experience in Talent or HR analytics or equivalent data/demographic metrics
- Five to eight (5 to 8) years of practical experience and familiarity with advanced data modelling techniques (linear/logistics regression ARIMA, Custer Analysis
- Ability to formulate statistical calculations and analytic methods
