Summary:
The Manager of Network Operations oversees the day-to-day functions of Case Coordination to ensure all patient visits are efficiently and effectively scheduled.
This position is also a key role in facilitating operations for two clinical programs in the Puerto Rico market.
Additionally, due to previous field experience, the Manager of Network Operations assists the Billing team with invoicing operations as needed.

Responsibilities:
This position oversees the Case Coordination management and staff members.
In addition, the Manager of Network Operations works to consistently streamline day-to-day operations for Case Coordination staff.
Manages personnel matters as needed.
Duties /
Responsibilities:
Manages and performs all case coordination duties for two clinical programs in Puerto Rico market.
Operations include service request intake, appointment scheduling, confirmation calls (delegates to Spanish speaking Patient Care Coordinator as needed), reminder emails, and the distribution of visit results to prescribing HCPs.
Monitor program support inbox for escalations and address emails as received.
Oversees the day-to-day functions of med-kit shipment for all participating clinical programs.
Initiates escalations as needed.
Run daily reports to ensure Case Coordination staff is efficiently managing workload.
Facilitates and leads virtual training for macular edema eye exam machine as needed.
Prioritizes and communicates market needs for clinical programs to Network Development for recruitment.
Meets with new clinicians before first visit to ensure the caregiver is prepared for the appointment.
Assists with billing and invoicing for all clinical programs.
Meets with Billing team at the end of each month to ensure the ledger is accurate.
Required Skills, Education & Abilities:
Must be proficient with Microsoft Office, especially MS Teams, Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Thorough understanding of all Network Operations operating rhythms.
Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong managerial and diplomacy skills.
Prior experience as a Patient Care Coordination Lead (preferred).
Willingness to work nights/weekends as needed.
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
Associates degree (required).
Related field experience in healthcare administration (preferred).
Management experience (required).
