Based in Bridgewater, NJ we are a top ranked real estate development company dedicated to providing the NJ, NY and PA communities with well kept residential, commercial, and industrial properties! We have the 2nd largest real estate portfolio in the state of NJ, consisting of 9,000 rental apartments and 6 million square feet of commercial space.
We are seeking a highly motivated Estimator who will be responsible for preparing cost estimates and bid proposals for a number of Multi-family apartment building construction & renovation projects throughout the NJ area.

up to 20% discretionary annual bonus.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree and/or construction trade school preferred.
3-5
years of professional experience in a construction estimating role.
Expertise using Procore for estimating projects.
We are looking for folks who can improve the way in which we currently use Procore! Highly Desired:
experience in Multi-family Construction (opportunity will be there for commercial
mixed use as well).
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
Proficient in Microsoft Word & Excel.
Bonus Round (desired but not required):
Experience with Yardi software.
Familiarity with accounting procedures.
Warehouse estimating experience (construction supply distribution).
Desire to be out in the field on project sites with a hard-hat on! Strong network of subcontractors in NJ, NY, PA.
