ITIL Subject Matter Expert needed for a contract opportunity with Yoh's client located in Bridgewater, NJ.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Responsible for the completion of activities and development of deliverables associated with the evolution of the TIM Service Management (SM) Framework in accordance with defined strategy.
- Contribute to the continued development of the 2014/2015 SM Roadmap and prioritization.
- Participate in the development and establishment of the SM governance model
- Contribute to the research, analyze and proposal development of an SM chargeback model
- Coordinate activities leading to the evolution of the existing SM Framework
- Administer the development, implementation and publishing of new services in accordance with the evolving framework, including services defined as a part of the UNIFY Program
- Administer the and integration of existing service models across company entities and departments (eg, ClinDoc Catalog)
- Provide support and guidance to TIM members on use of framework
- Participate in the development of educational curriculums on the identification, creation, deployment, maintenance and use (adoption) of services
- Help to coordinate/facilitate training sessions
What You Need to Bring to the Table:
- College Degree is required
- ITIL Certification
- ITIL Experience
- Service Development & Management
- Pharmaceutical Experience/Clinical Domain experience (preferred)
