Complete all necessary paperwork, explaining loaner policies and procedures, and obtaining all appropriate customers approvals.
Review loaner parameters with all customers to ensure a complete understanding of service charges.
Entering loan car data, license, and insurance information into database and creating contracts, or loan car agreement with all required information.
Assist customers by effectively resolving all customer service issues.
Prepare loan car reports and track whereabouts and turnover time on loan car vehicles daily.
Ensure customer shuttles and deliveries are completed in a timely manner.
Checking in returned cars, inspecting for damage, and securing mileage and closing agreement.
Filling insurance claims on damaged fleet vehicles.
Managing Length of Loan.
Account for and maintain fleet of loaners, retiring and adding vehicles, as necessary.
If needed, assist with meeting and greeting service customers promptly in a professional and courteous manner.
Making outbound calls to customers to offer pick up and drop off services.
Answering customer phone calls and scheduling shuttles and pick up drop off appointments.
Manage, train and, delegate tasks to valets.
