MQU business processes and relevant SAP solutions (relevant modules QM Classic, S4HANA, ).
General knowledge on ERP architectures and integration/interface technologies (EAI, iDoc, WebServices, ).
Knowledge of pharma industry regulatory context (GxP).
Key Requirements:
Higher education (master's degree) with an orientation in business-related fields 9
years of professional experience in Application Management Services or Program/Project Management of SAP ERP or any other SAP Software Strong functional knowledge in the areas of Manage Quality, preferably in the Pharma sector Proven experience in deploying QM systems to meet business strategy across functional teams and writing the technical documentation for QM process Experience of implementing large transformation programs via IT Good Knowledge of the IT Service Management processes Proficient in Application Management Methodologies and IT Governance Have a good track record in a pharmaceutical industry Analytical and summarization skills Strong communication and problem-solving skills, ability to defend the Core Model position Proven experience in successfully leading a team in the management of vendors/third parties, including, but not limited to, policies, performance, vendor risk, relationships, and issue and dispute resolution Strong communication skills with a proven ability to understand key concepts and communicate effectively with technical staff, business stakeholders and senior management.
Proven ability to communicate technical concepts to nontechnical people to enhance understanding and drive decisions that lead to positive outcomes.
Proven ability to collaborate, build relationships and influence individuals at all levels in a matrix-management environment (as well as external vendors and service providers) to ensure that segregation and overlapping roles are identified and coordinated.
Strong organizational skills, the ability to perform under pressure and management of multiple priorities with competing demands for resources.
Strong analytical, data-processing and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in process formulation and improvement.
