Full time position providing bookkeeping, and accounting functions across client accounts and administrative support to office staff.
Finance Support Coordinator will examine, validate, reconcile, and record financial documents such as client invoices, financial statements, tax, financial and government forms.
Special emphasis on analysis of financial statements, technical proficiency with Excel and spreadsheet applications.
Must possess strong organizational skills, the ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities.
A background in banking aligns very well with this position.
Strong soft skills include communication, problem solving and time management.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
