Duties of working in the Parts Department include providing excellent customer service by assisting customers with their needs, maintaining the parts inventory, working with technicians and the service department to ensure parts requests are met.
The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of automotive technology and the automotive industry, excellent customer service, interpersonal and communication skills, and strong organizational, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.

Summary:
The Parts Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of Bridgewater Nissan's Parts Department.
This include but is not limited to:
Order entry, processing, and tracking of parts requests, returns and exchanges.
Processing of warranty claims.
Processing of parts returns.
Processing of inventory control.
Order processing, scheduling, delivery and installation of parts to customers.
Assist with inventory reconciliation as needed.
Maintain records and reports on order processing, parts deliveries, and inventory management as required by the company.
Assist retail customers and technicians, including answering phones.
Provide excellent customer service by listening to customer inquiries and requests, asking questions to ensure understanding of needs, and supplying parts in a timely manner.
Coordinate with technicians and service department to ensure parts requests are met.
Other duties as assigned.
