Job Overview:
In an out-patient setting, the Licensed Clinical Social Worker provides client-focused, evidence-based care to diverse individuals and their support systems, to maximize health, well-being, functionality, and resiliency.
The LCSW provides a process of patient care that includes assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, intervention, and evaluation of outcomes.
The LCSW routinely collaborates with other health care providers, internally and externally, as well as community and social service organizations.
The LCSW is guided by professional standards and demonstrates clinical competencies developed through graduate education and licensure.
The LCSW continually seeks opportunities to develop further as a clinician.

Required:
Master s Degree in Social Work by an institution accredited by CSWELCSW Licensed Clinical Social Worker with NJ licenseA minimum of 2 years of experience in psychotherapy practiceA track record of success working in an environment of collaboration, transparency, mutual respect, and shared passion for excellence and innovationThe ability to express oneself clearly and concisely both orally and in writingThe ability to plan, organize, prioritize daily tasks and work with minimal supervisionPreferred:

Essential Functions:
Provide a process of patient care that includes assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, intervention, and evaluation of outcomes related to the presenting problemEngage with other professionals to assess, plan, deliver, integrate, and evaluate careSupport, deliver, and/or coordinate appropriate level of care based on patient acuityConduct psychiatric evaluations, SBIRT and motivational interviews; utilize diagnostic criteria based on the DSM-5Educate patients and families about treatment plan, interventions, medications, mental illness, symptom relief, comorbidities, and strategies to enhance overall healthComplete written evaluations, medical records communications, progress notes and service coding utilizing EMR systemProvide brief psychotherapy utilizing principles of CBT, DBT, psychodynamic and/or supportive therapy as neededMeasure progress and effectiveness of treatment and adjusts care plan, as neededMaintain confidentiality of patient s treatment and records in accordance with HIPPABenefits and Perks:

Salary:
$37 per hour.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
