Contract Description Our client, one of the most recognized brands in Clothing & Apparel, is seeking an Applications Development Lead for a long-term contract opportunity.
In addition to hands-on technical work, you'll be responsible for code reviews, design input and general oversight and leadership for a team of 2-3 Developers.
You'll also be responsible to work independently and take a leadership role for various projects, completing complex work requests under minimal guidance.
Adherence to established methodologies, standards and guidelines is essential.
Required Skills:

7-10
years of Applications Development experience with a focus on AS/400 & RPG technology.
Must have solid Supply Chain experience such as Purchase Order, Order Processing, Inventory Management, Warehousing & Pick Systems, Fulfillment, Distribution, etc.
Must have experience functioning in a leadership role.
Candidate should possess very strong Project Management and Analysis skills.
A background in the Apparel Industry is required - particularly building/supporting RPG 400 applications for Wholesale Clothing Applications and using any of the leading Client Apparel Management Systems.
Must have excellent interpersonal and communications skills.
