The Big Picture - Top Skills You Should Possess: - Administrative support - MS Office skills - Calendar management What You'll Be Doing: - Provide general administrative duties including, but not limited to, travel arrangements, travel and expense reporting, calendar management, MS Office activities. - Coordination of on and off-site meetings with internal and external customers. - Coordination and management of department budgets, finance-related tasks within the procurement system. What You Need to Bring to the Table: - Extensive working knowledge of MS Office programs (ie Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint). - Three to five (3 - 5) years of experience in a similar role. - Strong technical expertise with the ability to learn new programs, applications, systems, etc. as needed. - High school diploma required. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
