This highly visible position operates as Tax Analyst to an exceptionally talented management team. This is an opportunity to work with the Tax Director in preparing the Company's transfer prices.
Responsibilities:
Assist with the determination of global transfer prices for intercompany transactions on an annual and ad-hoc basis
o Develop and issue standardized reporting packages using HFM
o Develop and maintain bridges between HFM and OneSource Operation Transfer Pricing Software
Assist with transfer pricing documentation, including keeping intercompany agreements up to date
Assist with federal income tax compliance - Forms 5471
Assist with tax initiatives and special projects, including foreign tax credit utilization modeling, earnings and profits calculations
Qualifications:
Relevant Finance/ Accounting Bachelors degree required, MBA a plus
Experience with HFM
Mastery of MS office financial applications, relational databases, and modeling tools
Ability to prepare/communicate persuasive, fact-based analysis
Strong interpersonal and communication skills; developing presentation skills
Self-starter with ability to effective manage multiple priorities; demonstrated strong work ethic
