Position Summary
Role Responsibilities
? Interface to other coordinators throughout the company on behalf of the department
? Coordinate extensive travel arrangements.
? Coordinate extensive on and off-site meetings with internal and external customers.
? Coordinate and assist with product budgets and coordinate charges with the appropriate departments within sanofi-aventis.
? Assist other members of department on specialized projects as appropriate
? Central point of contact and coordination of activities for Commercial Lead, Lyxumia and the team.
? Extensive maintenance of Managers' daily calendar and coordinate materials needed for daily activities. Provide general administrative duties such as filing, faxing, photocopying, preparing correspondence, preparing expense reports, and maintaining calendars for department.
? Prepare and design presentations in PowerPoint.
? Gain a basic understanding of sales and marketing activities/projects

Qualifications
Education:
o High School Diploma; some college courses preferred. College degree is a definite plus
Experience:
o Minimum 3 years related experience, preferably in pharmaceutical environment.

Professional Skills
? Extensive knowledge of word processing and other related office software
packages such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
? Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
? Must be detailed oriented and able to handle various tasks.
? Must be flexible with work schedule and with overtime.
? Analytical and problem solving skills
? Must be detailed oriented and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
? Ability to manage projects independently, as well as coordinate with other team members
Language:
o English

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
