VP/Director of Finance

VP/Director of Finance reports to the COO, Responsible for managing all aspects of financial operations, including but not limited to annual and quarterly financial planning and analysis, financial reporting, audit preparation, and customer billing. Provide regular financial reporting to the executive team, assist the CEO and COO in preparing materials for Board of Director meetings. This will be a hands-on, high-profile role with an opportunity to make a significant impact on a rapidly growing company.
VP/Director of Finance will manage staff responsible for the following:
Manage the General Ledger and preparing monthly financial statements and forecasts
Oversee the replacement of our current billing and revenue recognition software
Monitor actual financial results vs. budget, highlighting key variances for management
Pursue government financial incentives in geographic areas where Signpost is expanding
Collaborate to devise compensation plans and pricing, respectively
Supervise payroll and compliance
Implement all necessary policies and procedures and improve our internal controls
Manage annual audit including writing financial statements and accompanying notes
Profile
Bachelor's degree in accounting or Finance is REQUIRED.
Masters in Business, Accounting or Finance and/or CPA is preferred.
Experience managing and developing staffEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
