Integrated Marketing Manager, Digital Engagement

Role Value Proposition:

The Integrated Marketing Manager, Digital Engagement is a new role that is responsible for implementing integrated, cross-channel marketing campaigns to support strategic objectives for Group Benefits.

Core responsibilities will focus on executing insight-led digital campaigns for target audiences (employers, brokers, employees) across all digital channels. This individual will be responsible for technical delivery of marketing tactics across the digital mix, campaign measurement, reporting, and optimization.

Key
Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with marketing leaders and business partners to develop campaign briefs; define digital marketing tactics to achieve campaign objects
  • Implement integrated marketing campaigns across key digital channels, including metlife.com, email, search and social media
  • Monitor campaign performance and create recommendations to optimize marketing tactics to achieve business objectives
  • Partner with designers, agencies, IT partners, and shareholders across the organization to build and implement best-in-class digital experiences
  • Identify opportunities to drive innovation across our digital ecosystem; make recommendations on how to evolve our technical capabilities to achieve marketing and business objectives
  • Manage sprint planning and sprint timelines for platform enhancements to ensure development requests stay on track; proactively identify gaps and/or blockers
  • Perform other related duties as assigned or required.

Essential Business Experience and Technical Skills:

Required:

  • 5
    years of digital marketing experience across web, email and social channels
  • Experience building, coordinating, optimizing, reporting and analyzing integrated marketing campaigns to drive acquisition (demand generation, ABM and lead nurture tactics), engagement and retention strategies
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills with a demonstrated ability to use data to drive decision-making
  • Experience with Adobe Experience Cloud, SalesForce, marketing automation platforms a plus
  • Familiarity with UX, SEO / SEM, A/B testing, and social listening
  • Ability to communicate sophisticated information so that it is easily understood by non-technical partners
  • Strong oral and written communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Established track record of managing and prioritizing multiple projects and tasks simultaneously

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
